I had a fantastic stay at Crowne Plaza Zurich during Christmas! The staff was incredibly welcoming and helped us plan our days and airport transfers. The spacious spa area felt exclusive, and the bar was a highlight with friendly service and Swiss drink recommendations. The breakfast selection was top-notch and the location, although a bit far from the city center, was easily accessible by tram. The hotel's gym and pool facilities were impressive, although I sadly didn't have time to use them. A great value for money stay in Zurich with plenty of amenities to enjoy!
